X-ray

An X-ray is a machine that uses a type of radiation that can go through many solid substances, allowing hidden objects such as bones and organs in the body to be photographed

EKG

An EKG is very useful in determining whether a person has heart disease. If a person has chest pain or palpitations, an EKG is helpful in determining if the heart is beating normally.

Blood Tests

Our facilities are equipped to carry out investigative procedures, which includes urine analysis, stool examination, and all culture growth test for fungus and bacterial infections.

Pulmonary Function Tests

Tests used to evaluate lung mechanics, gas exchange, pulmonary blood flow, and blood gases and pH. They are used to evaluate patients in the diagnosis of pulmonary disease, assessment of disease development, or evaluation of the risk of pulmonary complications from surgery.

Ultrasound

An ultrasound is a test which utilizes a high frequency sound wave similar to sonar. There is no radiation involved and the examination is painless. The test can take anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes. A small ultrasound probe is passed over the area to be examined while images are printed on hard copy to be kept in your permanent file.

Echocardiogram

This procedure uses sound waves to examine the size, shape, and motion of the heart, and is useful to diagnose abnormalities of the heart valves and to assess cardiac function.

Nerve Conduction Studies

The basic concept of nerve stimulation is this: When a nerve is electrically stimulated a reaction should occur somewhere along the nerve itself. With appropriate recording electrodes, this reaction can be seen and the time relationship between the stimulus and the response can be identified.

Physical Examination

It is an examination of a person's body to determine his or her state of health or physical fitness and can be conducted for School or Work.
